At Bijoux & Co, each jewelry piece is hand-picked from our trusted suppliers and inspected before shipping. 

Because jewelry is a personal item and for hygiene reason, all sales are finals. 

That said, we always want you to love your purchase.: 

- Damage or Defective Items:

Contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery with your order number and clear photo of the issue. We'll happily offer a replacement or store credit. 

- Lost packages: 

If your order goes missing in transit, we'll help contact the shipping carrier to locate it. 

- Cancellations: 

 Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
